Can I pick up my order?

Please contact us on 0498 657 659 or email orders@vibrantbodies.com.au discuss this with our customer service team.

What happens if no one is available to sign for my order when the courier arrives with my order?

If no one is available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a calling card. You can then contact them to arrange an alternative delivery time. Additional fees may apply.  We recommend that you get your order delivered to a location where someone will be able to sign.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

Do you deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers?

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to Australia Post Lockers.

What if items arrive damaged? What should I do?

Every item from our warehouse is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely to our customers. If you feel that your order has arrived damaged, please let us know by emailing photos and order numbers to orders@vibrantbodies.com.au

I have receieved the wrong order or product? What should I do?

We do our best to ensure our products are picked and packed correctly. If you have received the wrong order or product, please email us at orders@vibrantbodies.com.au

Please note that items can only be returned if they are in an unopened/resalable condition and within 7 days of receiving your order. Opened or used products will not be accepted

I have ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?

If you have ordered the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for you within 7 days from the day of delivery. The product is to be unopened and in resalable condition.

Return shipping of the incorrect product as well as the shipping for the replacement product will need to be paid for by the customer.
